Mission Principia: An evening with astronauts Tim Peake (ESA) and Tim Kopra (NASA)

Ulster Hall October 18, 2016 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

What’s it like to step into the nothingness of space? What is it like to sleep in zero gravity? How does your body cope when you return to earth? Join two of the planets most decorated space explorers to get an insight into life as an astronaut.

Tim Peake has returned to Earth after six months on the International Space Station as part of the European Space Agency’s Principia mission. During that time, Tim carried out a large number of scientific experiments and educational projects, focusing on microgravity.

At this very special event, Tim will give a personal take on what it’s like to live and work in space. Tim Peake will be joined by his flight crew member Tim Kopra, NASA and former commander of the International Space Station.

Tickets: £14/£10
