Volunteers from Ballyphehane/Togher Arts & Crafts Initiative who are a group of community artists who have been working together voluntarily in the community for over 25 years, will be working with 4th class from Scoil Maria Assumpta to create space themed stitch art inspired by the work of Hazel C Monte (see https://handstories.typepad.com/blog/ or https://www.instagram.com/hazelcmonte/).
This is a private event for the students of the class.
Created works will be on display at Blackrock Castle Observatory when complete, as part of Science Week Celebrations.
